Swimcapsbyfran.com wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns on any item within 30 days. All items must be in new and unused condition (i.e. have not been worn in the water).
No returns accepted on custom made swim caps
Items that meet this criteria will have the cost of the item refunded (shipping charges not refundable)
All returns will be charged a restocking fee of $1 or 10% of the total cost of all items being returned, whichever one is higher.
All orders that are cancelled before they are shipped out will incur a fee of $1.00
All packages must be returned prepaid; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
